Who is responsible?
Benjamin Lebon is responsible for the data processing described here for Size It Up. Questions and requests: sizeitupsupport@proton.me. This policy covers this website and the game version under development as of 29 September 2026.
Your progress stays on your device
The game stores your progress, scores, lives, coins, rewards, preferences and optional nickname locally. This lets you resume play and use the game. No online account or game-server synchronisation is currently offered. This processing is necessary to provide the game. Data remains until the application’s data is deleted; any device backups depend on your Apple or Android settings. We cannot remotely delete data stored only on your device.
Optional reminders
If you enable the daily reminder, your device schedules a local notification with your permission. You can disable notifications in your phone settings. The game does not use a remote push-notification service.
Advertising: current status
The game has not yet been released. Commercial advertising is disabled in the current production version. Development versions can request Google AdMob test ads to test earning an extra life. These requests are non-personalised; this does not mean that no technical data is transmitted.
Data processed by Google during ad tests
When the advertising service is used, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses (and infer approximate location), device or application identifiers, diagnostics and performance information, ads viewed and interactions. This supports advertising delivery, measurement and security. See Google’s SDK data disclosures and privacy policy. Tests are limited to development. This policy and consent choices must be updated before advertising is enabled for the public.
When you contact us
We receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Benjamin Lebon and those handling support use them to respond and resolve your request, based on the legitimate interest of supporting the game. Do not send passwords or sensitive information. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve and follow up your request; only information needed for a legal obligation or dispute is kept beyond that period. Email is provided by Proton Mail.
This website and its providers
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Cloudflare processes technical information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and secure connections. This serves the legitimate interest of providing an accessible, secure website. We add no audience analytics, advertising or marketing cookies to this site. Fonts and illustrations are hosted with the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing and retention details.
Recipients and transfers
The providers listed above may process data for their respective services. Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies describe the locations, transfer safeguards and applicable retention periods or criteria. You can contact us for more information about processing relating to Size It Up.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact sizeitupsupport@proton.me. You may also complain to the French CNIL or your local data protection authority.
Changes to the game
We will update this page when the game or its services change, including before commercial advertising launches. The date at the top identifies the latest update.
